Rob began his career in financial institution Marketing in 1993 after graduating with a BS in Finance from the University of Delaware, and a year-long management training program at Valley National Bank in NJ.

In 1994, Rob was trained to use what was then called Max$ell from Marketing Profiles, Inc. and would eventually become D&H’s ToucheAnalyzer. In 1995 Rob went to work for MPI as an MCIF client support and training specialist, and then for Columbia Credit Union in 1998 as MCIF Specialist.

In 2004 he started PFI Research, and is an MCIF Consultant to financial institutions around the United States; therefore Rob has been an expert in ToucheAnalyzer for over two decades.

In addition, PFI provides demographically-enhanced prospect lists specifically geared toward financial institution growth.
